Fresh Graduate of petroleum engineering & gas technology bachelor from the British university in Egypt. He is the highest ranking engineering student at BUE with awarding the honorable BUE Golden Medal Award from the president of the BUE. His bachelor graduation projects were: research project concerning establishing new correlations for enhancing unconventional reservoirs characterization, and design project concerning designing of two new programs for well test analysis of unconventional gas reservoirs. He has more than five research papers publication among international conferences and scientific journals. Moreover, being a student of master of petroleum engineering at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from fall 2018. Also, he was moderator assistant of the 3rd world congress on petroleum engineering and natural gas recovery in Sydney 2018.

Xianmin is currently a Petroleum Engineer with 41 years of experience working for Center for Integrative Petroleum Research (CIPR), College of Petroleum Engineering & Geosciences, King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining KPUPM, Xianmin worked as a Petroleum Engineer for Advanced Research Center (EXPEC ARC), Saudi Aramco and Senior Petroleum Engineer/Senior Core Analyst for four major oil companies including Daqing Petroleum Research Center, China, and Core Lab Inc., Omni Labs Inc. and Intertek Westport Technology Center in the U.S. His current research interests include SC-CO2EOR, CEOR, special core analysis, rock wettability studies and reservoir characterization. His specialty is designing and developing Lab’s equipment at reservoir condition to meet research needs. Xianmin has authored or coauthored 16 journal papers on the above subjects in Chinese and Canadian and SPE journals and presented 18 papers at SPE conferences, and holds four patents. Xianmin holds his B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from Daqing Petroleum Institute, Heilongjiang, China and M.S. degree in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming, Laramie, WY. Xianmin is member of SPE, SCAL and EAGE.

Tatiana I. Novikova has completed her PhD at the age of 28 years from Saint-Petersburg State University at the department of Geophysics. For many years she is successful collaborator with Institute of Geodynamics, National Observatory of Athens and Institute of Earth Silences, Academia Sinica, Taiwan. Her research interests belong to the area of application of numerical models in study of such geohazard phenomena (and their risk assessment) as: tsunamis and its origins as earthquakes, landslides, pyroclastic flows; modeling of non-linear site responses including liquefaction. Also she made a significant contribution with her study dedicated to Minoan volcano eruption and tsunami during the stay in Wiener Laboratory, American School of Classical Studies, in Greece as research associate. She has numerous publication in H-index scientific journals and chapters of the books.

Abdeen Mustafa Omer (BSc, MSc, PhD) is an associate researcher at Energy Research Institute (ERI). He obtained both his PhD degree in the built environment and master of philosophy degree in renewable energy technologies from the university of nottingham. He is qualified mechanical engineer with a proven track record within the water industry and renewable energy technologies. He has been graduated from university of El menoufia, Egypt, BSc in mechanical engineering. His previous experience involved being a member of the research team at the national council for research/energy research institute in Sudan and working director of research and development for national water equipment manufacturing Co. Ltd., Sudan. He has been listed in the book “who’s who” in the World 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2010. He has published over 300 papers in peer-reviewed journals, 200 review articles, 7 books and 150 chapters in books.

Takashiro AKITSU, Ph.D. is a full Professor for the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science Division II at Tokyo University of Science. He completed his undergraduate school training (chemistry) from Osaka University, Japan and his graduate school training (physical & inorganic chemistry, especially coordination, crystal, and bioinorganic chemistry) from Osaka University (Ph.D. 2000). After Keio University and Stanford University, He moved to the current affiliation since 2008. Dr. Akitsu has published up to about 180 articles in peer-reviewed journals and has had posters presented at international level. He has been a peer reviewer of many journals and acted as an organizing committee of several international conferences.

Professor Rafiq Islam, Ph.D. is known as the most published engineer in the world. His most notable contribution is in the areas sustainability, environmental integrity, greening of petroleum and pharmaceutical industries, and knowledge modeling, on which topic he has written dozens of books and nearly 800 research papers. His upcoming book is: Sustainability of Nanotechnology to be published in 2019. Dr Zahid Qamar, Sayyad is currently associated with the Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Department, Sultan Qaboos University (SQU), Muscat, Oman. He has over 20 years of academic and research experience in different international universities. He has also worked as a professional mechanical engineer in the field for over 6 years in the heavy engineering and fabrication industry (Manager Research and Development; Deputy Manager Design; Production Engineer; Quality Control Engineer). On top of his experience as a researcher/academician, he has been actively involved in research and accreditation work related to engineering education. His technical research areas are Applied materials and manufacturing; Applied mechanics and design; Reliability engineering; and Engineering education. As part of the Applied Mechanics and Advanced Materials Research group (AM2R) at SQU, he has been involved in different applied research funded projects in excess of 4 million dollars. He has around 200 research/technical publications to his credit (2 research monographs/books, 2 edited book volumes, 5 book chapters, 145 publications in refereed international journals and conferences, and 32 technical reports). He is currently editing one volume (Renewability of Synthetic Materials) for the Elsevier Encyclopedia of Renewable and Sustainable Materials. He has served as Associate editor, Guest editor, and Member editorial board for different research journals (including Materials and Manufacturing Processes, Journal of Elastomers and Plastics, the Journal of Engineering Research, American Journal of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering).

No insurance, of any kind, is included along with the registration in any of the events of the organization.

Press permission must be obtained from Allied Academies Conference Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. The Allied Academies is an objective third-party non-profit organization and this conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company. 

Requesting an Invitation Letter:

For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference after payment of complete registration fee. Once registration is complete, please contact  to request for a personalized letter of invitation, if not received until one month before the scheduled date of event.

All the bank charges applicable during refund will be deducted from the account of participant. 

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to

If, due to any reason, Allied academies postpone an event on the scheduled date, the participant is eligible for a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit shall only be used for another event organized by Allied academies within period of one year from the date of rescheduling. 

Postponement of event:

If, due to any reason, Allied academies postpone an event and the participant is unable or unwilling to attend the conference on rescheduled dates, he/she is eligible for a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit shall only be used for another event organized by Allied academies within period of one year from the date of rescheduling. 

Transfer of Registration:

All registrations, after payment of complete registration fee, are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if in case the person is unable to attend the event. Request for transfer of registration must be made by the registered person in writing to . Details must include the full name of replaced new registrant, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Allied academies if the person is unable to attend one of conferences.

However, Registration cannot be transferred if intimated within 14 days of respective conference.

The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.

Visa Information:

Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.

Allied academies will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.

Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues are not covered under the cancellation policy of Allied academies, including the inability to obtain a visa. 

Refund Policy:

If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund policies apply:

Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overhead charges, following Refund Policy Orders are available:

Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund after deduction of $100 towards service Fee.

Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund

Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund

E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Accommodation Service Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies which are applicable when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. If in case the registrant wishes to cancel or amend the accommodation, he/ she is expected to inform the organizing authorities on a prior basis. Allied academies will advise the registrant to ensure complete awareness about the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancellation or modification of their booking.
